Our home inspectors have lockbox access which allows agents more free time to show and sell houses Same Day Home Inspection Reports: Panhandle Inspection Services strives to produce our computerized reports with digital pictures within 24 hours of the inspection. Reports are emailed or faxed or delivered.
For Comprehensive Inspections we will need the water, power, and gas (if applicable) on, so that we may check out the components.
No Trip Charges: Unlike some home inspection companies, we never charge trip charges for inspections within Escambia, and Santa Rosa County!
